- Lululemon wants to be your running destination on Tuesday evenings! Join us for a 4-8K. Everyone welcome - it makes no difference to us how fast you run! The run will commence at 6:00pm (starting at the store) to 6:30 - 7ish, so bring your running shoes, a bottle of water and a friend! - Baby Boot Camp is a stroller based fitness program designed specifically to help moms get fit while bonding with their child and allowing pregnant women the opportunity to maintain an optimal, healthy weight. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills to maximize weight loss and increase muscle tone and incorporate pilates and yoga for core strength.
